Our firm consists of thought leaders in the field of Architectural Design and Space Planning. We have foregone the typical hierarchical structure, instead working together collectively to design, plan, and construct dozens of building projects and serve a variety of clients.

Each project we design is a unique creative expression. We approach design challenges specifically with the end users in mind. Building occupants have their own perspective, scale, and way of interacting with the spaces surrounding them, thus our goal is to always ensure that our buildings responsibly serve their occupants while fostering a harmonious experience.

Currently, one focus of our practice is on early childhood education. Our work began with the Stepping Stone School, which we continue to work with today, diving into their existing facilities and practices focusing on early academic readiness. By looking at what was working and areas where improvements or complete reinventions needed to be made, a new brand prototype better synced with their curriculum, practices, and methods was put into place. With our help, Stepping Stone School doubled its campus count and became the largest private early education provider in Texas. 

In 2016, we began working with Endeavor Schools. While they represent a variety of methodologies in early education, we focused largely on child directed growth practices developed by Maria Montessori. 

Montessori is a method of education based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play. Children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and highly trained teachers offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process. Children work in groups and individually to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop their maximum potential.

Beyond the main tenants of Montessori schooling, we have developed a number of unique practices and traits, specifically the philosophy of connecting indoor spaces to readily accessible outdoor learning and play environments, the intentionality of designing facilities to provide unparalleled support of staff and teachers, and designing high-functioning support spaces such as kitchens and food prep-areas, laundry service, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and spaces.
